We had so much fun last year and we’re doing it again!! But this time, we’re adding an extra day to maximize our time for relaxation and activities!!

September 24 - September 27 in Granby, Colorado

Just two hours from Denver, Arapaho Valley Ranch is nestled in the Indian Peaks Wilderness of Grand County. Join us for hiking, paddle boarding, relaxing, and a whole lot of fun.

All dog parents, kids, and their vaccinated furry companions are welcome. Please reach out with any questions.

Arapaho Valley Ranch

  • Campsite

    Campsites are a new option for us this year!

    All campsites overlook the river, are near the cabins, and include a fire pit and picnic table. There are no hookups, showers, or utilities included. It is a short walk to the porta potties and vault restrooms.

    Max: 6 people, 2 dogs, and 1-2 cars, depending on campsite restrictions

  • Glamping Tents

    Glamping tents overlook Little Indian Lake and have their own private deck and fire pit. Each tent holds one queen sized bed and one set of bunk beds. There is a camp kitchen in each tent which has the essentials, including a camping stove. Bathrooms are shared and just a short walk from the tents.

    Max: 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs per glamping tent

  • Cabins

    Cabins are spread throughout the property and vary in size.

    1 Bedroom: max 2 adults, 2 kids

    2 Bedroom: max 2 adults, 2 kids FULL; WAITLIST ONLY

    3 Bedroom: max 4 adults, 2 kids

    Max: 2 dogs per cabin

  • OPTIONAL: On the way to Camp, meet up with some of the others for a walk around the lake and lunch afterward. 12:30pm: georgetown lake and brewery lunch afterward (lunch at brewery is not included in cost)

    3pm: check in begins. Please do not plan on arriving before this time.

    6pm: welcome dinner

    8pm: campfire (if permitted— s’mores and campfire snacks are included)

  • 730am: breakfast

    Packed lunch options will also be available if you will not be around camp during lunch.

    9:30am: hike

    1pm: lunch

    230pm: hike/SUP/trip to town

    6pm: dinner

    8pm: campfire, if permitted (s’mores and campfire snacks are included).

    The Red Dog Saloon will be open for us with drinks available for purchase and access to pool tables (free).

    Star Trails with camera (BYOC)

  • 7:30am: breakfast

    9:30am: hike/trip to town/relax

    230pm: hike/SUP/trip to town

    6pm: dinner

    8pm: campfire, if permitted (s’mores and campfire snacks are included).

What’s Included?

The below accommodation price is for all three nights and also Includes:

  • taxes

  • additional fees needed to host a large group retreat

  • off-site rentals

Recommended to bring:

  • SUP, kayak, canoe, if you have. Limited on the number we can provide.

  • A packing list will be provided after sign up

Additionally, Red Dog Saloon, Colorado’s smallest bar is located on the property and will be open to us on Friday night (Thursday TBD). Cocktails are available for purchase and pool tables available for play.

Space is limited and accommodations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with a deposit required to reserve your spot. If spaces fill up quickly, we will start a wait list for any cancellations or additional accommodations that we can secure. Additional accommodations are likely glamping tents and campsites (not cabins).

    Campsites are standard campsites (space only) and do not include hookups, showers, or utilities. It is a short walk to the porta potties and vault restrooms. You are responsible for supplying your own tent and camping gear.

    Max: 6 people, 2 dogs, and 1-2 cars, depending on campsite restrictions.

    The cost for this accommodation includes all taxes, fees, pet fee, meals, drinks (non-alcoholic), snacks, and activities on site.

  • Glamping Tent

    We have 3 glamping tents available to us. If these fill up and there’s still a need, we may be able to accommodate more.

    1 person: $1,425.00

    2 people: $1,775.00 ($887.50/ea)

  • 2 Bedroom Cabin

    We have a few 2 bedroom cabins available to us. Once these have been filled, there are no additional two bedroom cabin options.

    This shared cabin is available for 1-2 adults, 2 kids, and a max of two dogs. There are queen beds in each room as well as a kitchen and one bathroom.

    1 person: $1,460.00

    2 people: $1,810.00 ($905.00/ea)
